MeMr. Bolte

Mr. Bolte has been a member of Pack 357 since 2005.  Starting that year with the oldest of his four boys, he has held leadership positions including: Assistant Den Leader, Den Leader, Cubmaster, Recruiting Lead, Pack Trainer, Webmaster, Pinewood Derby Chair and Hiking Program Chair.  Outside of the Pack, Mr. Bolte supports other Scouts and Scouters as a POW WOW and Leader Outdoor Experience (LOE) training staff member, New Horizons District Roundtable staff member, and Area Director and Camp Director for Summer Day Camps.

Mr. Bolte is also an Assistant Scoutmaster and the Webmaster for Troop 357.  He has helped as staff and Troop leadership during Boy Scout Summer camps at Roy C. Manchester and S-F Scout Ranch.  As a merit badge counselor, Mr. Bolte supports Boy Scouts seeking to complete merit badges in Archery, Communications and Drafting.

Mr. Bolte has completed Wood Badge training – Scouting’s premier Adult Leadership training program; and is also certified by the NRA as a Range Safety Officer and Rifle Instructor.

A favorite saying he has is, “This is a great program for my boys and if your boys want to share in the fun we are having, come on along!”  Mr. Bolte truly enjoys the outdoors and encourages parents to see the value in a program that teaches values, character and life skills to young boys.
